Safeguarding

The Parochial Church Council of All Saints West Dulwich takes the safeguarding and care of children and vulnerable adults very seriously. Our Parish Safeguarding Officers and our Churchwardens can be contacted through the Parish Office by calling 020 8676 4550 or by emailing safeguarding@all-saints.org.uk. They are also identified via our information poster in the church welcome hall, if you wish to speak to them direct. All information relayed to the PSOs will be treated with the strictest of confidence and professionalism. We will pass your details on to them to contact you. If you wish your information to dealt with outside of our church environment, you can also contact the Safeguarding Team of our Diocese 0207 939 9441 (Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm) or email safeguarding@southwark.anglican.org.

As a parish church in the Church of England and in the Diocese of Southwark, we follow the policies and guidelines set out in the Diocesan publication A Safe Church, a copy of which can be accessed here.
Church of England guidance can be found here.

Complaints
The Parochial Church Council of All Saints West Dulwich recognises that from time-to-time complaints will arise. Our aim is to have a process that is simple to use and understand. We view complaints as an opportunity to learn and improve in the future. They are also an opportunity to put things right for the person or organisation who made the complaint.
